A golden upside-down cake crowned with caramelised oranges and clementines, baked with fine polenta and ground almonds for a beautifully moist crumb. Fragrant citrus oils, soft texture and sun-soaked flavours make this cake effortlessly indulgent and deeply comforting.
Ingredients:
